Some examples: Water hazards, flowerbeds, holes, surface levels differences such as a cliff, too steep slopes, tree roots sticking above grass surface, exposed soil areas that may become muddy when raining, slanted tree trunk where the RK’s front wheel can climb on it like on a ramp.
