What if I do not receive Notifications on my mobile device?

  1. Make sure your mobile device is not connected to Wi-Fi – cannot get notification if on Wi-Fi.
  2. Make sure you have enough service bars – if reception in your area is very low there will be no notifications.
  3. Open “Robomow App”: Click on “Menu”, then “Lawn & Mower Settings”, then “Notifications Settings”.
  4. Check that “Remote Connectivity” is turned ON then click “Test Notification”.
  5. If it fails, try 2-3 more times then: Contact Customer Support
  6. If it passes but you still do not received Notifications: Contact Customer Support
