Mower didn’t dock and was found stopped on the wire. Typically, this would be related to:
- Installation issues
- A perimeter wire or base station issue
- Something blocking the base: Toys, branches etc.
- Rarely, could also be a faulty mower
Usually, this means the mower couldn’t dock. Place the mower 3 meters (10 feet) behind the base station and send it HOME. Walk behind it and see if there is any issues or obstacles stopping it driving home and docking. Fix any found issues. If issue remains with no reason: Contact customer support.
