The LCD is blank and will not turn on, no matter what button I press. What should I do?

For RC Models

Q1 – Are you using the Robomow App on your smart phone/device?

If Yes – Launch the App and send the robot to mow. If the robot starts to mow, the LCD is faulty and the robot needs to be brought to an Authorized Service Station for repair. If the robot doesn’t start to mow, it will show an error message on the smart phone/device, which will guide to the root of the problem.

Another way to check is to lift the robot from its front side and wait a few seconds to hear the warning beeps. If the robot beeps but the LCD is still blank, the LCD is faulty and the robot needs to be taken to an Authorized Service Station for repair.

If No – Proceed to Q2.

Q2 – Put the robot in the Base Station. Press ‘Scan’ once, then press the ‘OK’ button a few times and wait a few seconds. If a Child-Lock is activated, release the lock, and then send the robot to mow. Does the robot start to mow?

If Yes – The LCD is probably faulty, and the robot needs to be taken to an Authorized Service Station for repair.

If No – Proceed to Q3.

Q3 – Place the robot at the Base Station, turn the System Switch to Off and wait until the robot wakes up. Then change the switch back to On. Did the robot wake up?

If Yes – Let the battery be charged fully (it may take up to 24 hours) and observe if this happens again. If it happens again, call the Robomow Hotline for further analysis.

Note: Make sure the Power box is in Pause mode.

If No – The robot needs to be taken for repair to an Authorized Service Station.
