Step 1 – Is “Demo Mode” set On?
If Yes – Go to Service Menu ⇢ Settings ⇢ Software Version ⇢ Demo (Screen 253) ⇢ On/Off. Switch it Off and blades will resume working.
This could also be done on Screen 233 ⇢ Service ⇢ Settings ⇢ Mowing motors ⇢ On/Off. Change to On. Problem solved.
If No – Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2 – Is mower in “Searching Dock” mode?
This is normal. Mower turns blades off when searching for dock. Problem solved.
If No – Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3 – Is there a “Bumper” related message on display?
If Yes – This is normal. Mower turns blades off when bumper is pressed. Problem solved.
If No – Proceed to Step 4.
Step 4 – Remove the bumper and reinstall it, making sure all 4 mounts are mounted well on the 4 joysticks. Perform a bumper test and calibration through mower service menu. Were both test and calibration results “Passed?”
If Yes – Run the mower and make sure blades are on. Problem solved.
