Lay the wire 1.2m (4ft) from the water edge. In case it is a seasonal puddle created by rain, take extra caution and lay the wire even farther away, based on your experience with your lawn. Another option is to erect a solid barrier around the water hazard, such as a wooden fence, to prevent the RK from entering this area. The RK must not drive into the puddle or any water hazard.
