Blank LCD

If your Robomow mower’s LCD panel is blank when it should be powered on, please follow the steps as outlined below:

Step 1 – With the mower on the Base Station, press and hold the “GO” button for 5 seconds to perform a soft reboot/restart.

Does the mower wake up or make a short beeping sound?

If Yes – The battery is probably low. Turn the Safety/Main switch to OFF and charge the mower for at least 30 minutes before you turn Safety/Main switch to ON. Continue charging the mower until it is fully charged.

If No – Proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 – Remove the mower cover, turn the Safety/Main switch to OFF, remove fuse, unhook battery at the white connector, and its battery side, test the voltage using a Voltmeter.

If battery voltage reads below 16 VDC, Replace Battery and allow mower to sit in the Base Station until fully charged.

If battery is healthy and reads above 20 VDC, remove the GSM and try to turn the mower back on.
